Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
I support Citizens of the United States to be able to make informed medical decisions including abortion and euthanasia. However, I do not believe in governments requiring vaccine mandates for private employers or employees. The issue of privileges under the 14th amendment should prevent the States from banning or requiring medical decisions on persons and their children. I believe abortions and euthanasia are medical decisions that persons should have the liberty of choosing.
No Do you support expanding federal funding to support social safety net programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
I would propose an equal tax on earned income of 20% plus deductions and create an equitable tax on investment income (capital gains/ dividends) preventing individuals from only paying 15% tax on more than $500,000.00 of income. Congress needs to start reducing the U.S. debt ceiling with a balanced budget.

The current Federal Election Contribution limits https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/candidate-taking-receipts/contribution-limits/ create an unfair bias against no party affiliate candidates. I would support regulation for equal donations to candidate committees like political parties or PACs. Thereby creating a maximum donation of $109,500.00 for campaign committees from individuals. In addition, political advertising not from a candidate's campaign committee needs to show the name, address, and executive officer for all political parties and political action committees.
Yes Do you support the protection of government officials, including law enforcement officers, from personal liability in civil lawsuits concerning alleged misconduct?
Our country needs to provide Police Departments with more funds and tools to be proactive with supporting our youth. In addition, our Police departments need to work with the commercial businesses to provide a real time crime prevention agency. I support the protection of government officials and employees from personal liability for negligent actions. However, there should not be protection from intentional criminal actions.

I propose putting the independent Federal agencies of the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps under the civilian military to provide humanitarian aid in conjunction with military support. I believe we need to protect our borders from illegal activity and provide support to all persons who are in need of clean water and electricity.

I do not support the current student loan forgiveness programs that penalizes public and civil servants who do not keep their job for 10 years. I believe the U.S. government should have programs for public and civil servants that assist in student loan payments each year the individuals support our governments and communities. There needs to be expansion of the Head Start program because every citizen in the United States should have access to daycare and preschool.

I am passionate for environmental justice and have a desire to provide sustainable and resilient energy resources. I support a 50% minimum energy producing credit for residential and commercial properties that provide excess renewable energy to the power grid. Our Federal government needs to support the purchase of pocket/urban forests and prevent them from being developed. Furthermore, the eradication of invasive flora and fauna needs to be a priority; the economic cost of these species will continue to grow.

I believe in the second amendment, "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State." I support expanding the military and providing our youth more options to serve our country. I believe like alcohol and tobacco the age of consent for firearms and explosives should be 21 years of age in all States.

I support an independent judiciary for the U.S. immigration court. Currently, the court is underfunded by the Dept. of Justice who oversees the judges and prosecutors. I believe the resources used to build, operate, and maintain a border wall can be used by our military to secure the border and update our immigration court to allow for virtual hearings.

Our National Security is tied to the United States' Economy, Education, and Military. We need to support domestic production of energy and commodities to keep our economy from recessing. The education system needs to start for every citizen as soon as possible and daycare and preschool government subsidies should not be limited to parents in poverty. Plus, advanced education and technical schools should not come from the profit of private banks. I do not support mandatory service to the United States; however, I encourage all youth to explore serving their country.

I support workers of the United States and the ability for them to compete in a global economy. The outsourcing of careers and industries makes our country susceptible to future inflation spikes as there is no domestic production of essential items.
"TIME for Change" Term limits for Congress; to end the aristocracy, hypocrisy, and corruption that the major political parties have installed into our governments. Immigration Court Reform; our immigration courts need to be an independent judiciary and be an incentive for immigrants to come to the USA legally and disincentive for undocumented people to stay in the United States. Military Expansion; our Federal government needs to employ more Americans for safety and humanitarian needs. Environment Beautification; every dollar spent by the Federal government should have a lens to sustain our Natural and Human environments.
